Foxeo Privacy Policy

Core Principle: Foxeo is built on local-only processing. We collect zero personal data, enforce zero server-side user tracking, run zero analytics SDKs, and maintain no user accounts or central databases.
1. Data Not Collected
Foxeo complies strictly with the highest privacy standard ("Data Not Collected"). The app contains:
- No User Accounts: No sign-in, registration, email collection, or user profiling.
- No Analytics SDKs: No event tracking, dwell measurement, screen analytics, or telemetry of any kind.
- No Crash-Reporting SDKs: No external crash tracking or remote diagnostic services.
- No Advertising or Attribution Identifiers: Disables collection of IDFA, GAID, and attribution parameters.
- No Device Identifiers: Transmits no serial numbers, MAC addresses, hardware UUIDs, or IP logs to Foxeo.
- No Usage Data: Monitors no app browsing history, DNS lookup queries, or app launch activity off-device.
2. On-Device Local Data Inventory
All data recorded by Foxeo is stored strictly on your local device within encrypted local databases (Drift) and hardware-backed secure storage (iOS Keychain and Android KeyStore). This data never leaves your device:

Structural Absence Guarantee
Urge Mode interactions, Stay With Me paths, per-app usage histories, DNS query histories, and error tracebacks are structurally absent from the codebase. No code path exists to record or exfiltrate this information.
3. Third-Party Service Providers (RevenueCat)
Foxeo uses RevenueCat to process subscriptions and verify store purchase receipts (see RevenueCat Privacy Policy).
- What RevenueCat Receives: An anonymous application user ID generated locally by the RevenueCat SDK, along with store purchase receipts issued by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Foxeo Configuration: Foxeo supplies no custom user identifier, supplies no personal information, and disables automatic device-identifier collection in the RevenueCat SDK configuration.
4. Blocklist Updates & Network Egress Boundary
The app's entire network egress is restricted to exactly two host destinations: RevenueCat (`api.revenuecat.com`) and the static Blocklist CDN (`cdn.foxeo.site`). Enforced in development builds via an automated egress interceptor.
- Blocklist Fetch Cadence: At most once per rolling 24-hour period, over an unmetered or unconstrained network connection, Foxeo performs an unauthenticated GET request to fetch static blocklist update files (`/latest`, `/v//blocklist.json`, and detached Ed25519 signature `.sig`).
- No Identifiers Sent: The request carries no cookies, auth tokens, query parameters, or user identifiers.
- Network Observer Notice: An observer on your network (such as an ISP or network operator) can observe the transport-layer TLS connection to `cdn.foxeo.site` and infer that a request was made. The content and specific filtering configuration remain strictly local.
5. Customer Support & Manual Export
Customer support is handled via direct email link (support@foxeo.site). If you write to support, we receive only the email address and message contents you choose to send. If you choose to export your local diagnostic ring log, the log text is pre-filled into your device's native email client for your review before sending. No background or automated log transmission exists.
